“Computer Beach Party” is a VHS-only comedy from 1987 about a couple of guys, Andy and Dennis, who try to use their knowledge of computers to stop the greedy mayor from closing down their beach. Shot entirely in Galveston, Texas, and featuring a talking dog, a curious understanding of how computers work, and two incredible musical performances by a heavy metal band called Panther.
